​Meet Our Founder & CEO

​Dr. M H Ananda, CEng, MRAeS, PE

​Dr. M H Ananda is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LuminEarth Inc. and Earth Trading Corporation Limited. As the visionary leader behind these companies, Dr. Ananda established LuminEarth Inc. in 2014 with a clear mission: to advance global connectivity. Under his strategic guidance, the companies have become a prominent force in the telecommunications industry, specializing in the engineering and construction of essential telecommunications towers across many countries.

​Dr. Ananda’s leadership is built upon a foundation of deep technical expertise and distinguished academic achievements. He earned his PhD in Telecommunication from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Prior to this, he received a Master of Engineering (MEng, Honours) in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. In addition to his academic credentials, Dr. Ananda holds the designation of Chartered Engineer (CEng) and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California, registered with the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists (BPELSG). He is also a valued Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society (MRAeS), reflecting his lifelong commitment to engineering excellence.
